Apple Pie Shakeology & New Coach Training!!
Happy Friday!!
Fridays don't really mean much when you're a mom and your husband is out of town, but there's still something nice about the weekend, isn't there? ;)
We were out on a field trip all morning so I didn't eat a good lunch. When I got home I was excited to try out a new Shakeology recipe!
I normally drink Vegan Chocolate ShakeO but decided to mix it up today! I was in the mood for some apple pie! ;)
1 scoop vanilla ShakeO
1 cup preferred liquid (I used half almond milk half water)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6-8 ice cubes
Voila!!
Blend and enjoy!
If you try it let me know what you think!! There's just something about fall that makes me think of apples and cinnamon!
Remember to stay consistent with your healthy eating and workouts through the weekend! I know it's so tempting to take time off, but it's really important to stick with your routine. I know personally if I go more than one or two days without exercise I start to really get into a funk!
